Description
I am a General Contractor specializing in decks, framing, and wood jobs. I have worked in the industry performing every aspect of the job for over twenty years. I started cleaning up job sites and worked my way up to having my own license and company. I am looking for someone to fill a part-time position in the San Diego area.
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A LABORER OR SIMILAR IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
You must have the following qualifications to be considered for the job.
Reliable, must arrive on time, ability to listen and follow directions, work safely and carefully, willing to learn new things and re-learn things you may already feel you know based on my preferences, work in all types of weather, must have transportation, drug and alcohol free, ability to lift heavy wood, move and lift beams, learn how to frame, clean up jobsite and maintain a clean work environment. Please bring a CAN-DO attitude to work daily. This job is part time and hours will vary based on what work is scheduled for the week. Schedule can change due to factors like weather and material availability. Flexibility is a must for this position. This posting is an example of what is expected and can change based on the job.
