Anyone good on 3D design software

Hi. I'd like pay someone to replicate my plastic razor handle in a CAD program so I can have it CNC'ed. I'd like a metal handle instead of the disposable plastic one. The handle is a Gillette Guard Single Blade Cartridge Razor (link below). Let me know if you're good at making 3D models and maybe we can work something out.
