APARTMENT TECHNICIANS NEEDED $20.00 - $22.00 Maintenance Techs needed for apartment community in Antelope Valley. Monday thru Friday. NO WEEKENDS These are full time positions. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall. Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Day to day may include grounds. Must be ready to jump in and join the team. If this sounds like you, give us a call today.
