Maintenance CREW LEADER Centerpoint Landscaping Services Inc is currently seeking a Crew Leader. The crew leader will ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by Centerpoint. Expectations: • Supervise truck/trailer setup daily and manage equipment and supplies for landscape maintenance projects • Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to operate a wide range of equipment, from gas powered machines to hand tools • Experience with fertilizers, pesticides, aeration and seeding. • Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager • Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed • Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded • Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work • Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order • Completes landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, weed control, clean-ups, trimming and pruning • Complete projects such as mulch application, plantings, top soil application and lawn seeding Requirements: • Valid Nevada driver's license, with clean driving record • 3+ years’ experience in Landscape Maintenance • Must be able to operate all maintenance equipment • Bilingual in English & Spanish a PLUS • Ability to prioritize and multitask; Good organizational skills with an eye for detail Job Type: • Full-time Pay: • $16.00 to $20.00 /hour o **Compensation based on qualifications and experience. ** Please come to our office Monday-Friday 9am-4pm to apply and be interviewed 181 N Arroyo Grande Blvd #190 Henderson NV 89074 Yard location is Rancho / Vegas Dr
