Description

Due to my health taking an unexpected turn, I am unfortunately needing to rehome Francis as I physically can not give her the time, training and attention she is needing right now on top of having two toddlers, I just can't, not with my medical problems ๐Ÿ˜ this will be a very post. Pics posted are not the most recent photos, I will add updated pics shortly. *****Type of owner she needs*** Needs someone with the time and energy to give her. Someone firm that can give her appropriate training. I do not want her going to someone that does not know what they're doing and her to become a very large dog who is out of control and ends up in a yard living on a leash or ends up at a shelter! She will do very well with someone who is as energetic as she is. she would enjoy a safe yard to run and play in! She also would do well as a travel pal as I have taken her on a few 6hr+ trips and she did wonderful each time! ****About Francis****** THERE IS A REHOMING FEE! Francis is, 5 MONTHS old, born May of 2022. She is around 50lbs (estimated, as she is about the same size as my 3 year old dog who is about 60lbs. She will be a very large dog at 100lbs or more. She is a very sweet and friendly pup who is very energetic and loves to play. She can be a little timid with strangers at first but warms up rather quickly. She is very clumsy & goofy lol. -has been to the vet but is due to go back -crate trained & is almost full house broken she does have accidents sometimes. -on a feeding schedule where I have been potty training her. -very food motivated and knows a few basic commands such as sit & lay. -does good other dogs (I have ONLY had her around dogs of her size, I do not know how she is with small dogs like Yorkies, Chihuahuas, etc). -does great with my toddlers and cat, although she does not know her size, she may get a little rough and even knock them over. So as for small dogs, she should do fine but I would worry about her accidentally hurting a smaller dog due to her size and playful nature. -does ok off leash, I do let her outside supervised to potty, play and run out some energy and she will either come back to me to get inside when she is ready or I will call her and she comes. Sometimes she doesn't come immediately if she hasn't finished using the bathroom yet, then she will do that before coming back. **She has NOT fully learned all of her manners yet. I have been putting a lot of time into getting her trained to be well-behaved so I've been working with her on all of these things but due to my health, I haven't been able to spend much time with her at all** - she doesn't normally jump up on you, but sometimes when she gets excited she will. - since she is so big, she can very easily grab something off of your counters. -she chews things on occasion as she IS teething. typically when her toy and a bunch of my kids toys are laying in the floor, she will grab HER toy a majority of the time. -she does pull on the leash, I do put a harness on her sometimes that you leash her from the chest and that helps limit the pulling a lot. So she is still young and is learning. She's pretty well behaved especially for her size. I can tell her to go lay down and usually she will do just that and will normally go straight into her crate. Sometimes I do have to get firmer with her. Someone who can give her the time and attention, she will learn very quickly and will make someone a very good dog. We can do a meet & greet as well before you get her๐Ÿ–ค Plz do not call me, texts or emails only please.
