Four Seasons is on the move, AGAIN! We are looking for both Crew Leaders and Crew Members (Valid Driver's License Required, as well as willingness to submit to drug testing) Four Seasons Landscaping and Maintenance is growing and promoting! We are looking to add 2 new highly skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders to our team. One to replace a promoted leader, and one to expand a new route. Salary ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 per year as well as structured bonuses, paid holidays and vacations, as well as inclusion and recognition in regularly scheduled company events. Positions available for Lawn Maintenance Crew Members as well. Crew Members are offered $14 - $17 depending on experience, and wages will regularly increase as well based on performance so as to remain competitive. We expect valid driver's licenses, 3 years minimum of experience, an aptitude for learning and listening, an attention to detail, and a love for the field of work that leads to prioritizing getting the job done right over "getting done early". Well maintained properties will enable our crews to have an honest day's work. Neglected properties jeopardize company rapport and lead to dismissal from the team. Our team members are expected to be honest first and foremost, punctual, and highly efficient with the tools of the trade. Mowing grandpa's farm or grandma's backyard does not qualify as "years of experience" We are looking for likeminded, hardworking individuals that want to advance beyond a job into a career.
