Freeman Coordinator Equipment Logistics FULL-TIME $18/hr 6320 E Stassney Ln, Suite 375, Austin, TX 78744 Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of quality assurance and processing of Freeman’s general and specialty equipment. This person will also be interfacing with various show personnel to ensure that show needs are met. • Process and maintain all of the incoming equipment product types for specified area • Assist with all aspects of inventorying both serialized and non-serialized product types, including work trunks and speciality equipment kits • Communicate with show personnel to gather accurate show requirements, and ensure that appropriate equipment is correctly entered into R2 • Facilitate the accurate pulling of equipment according to R2 • Track missing parts and create orders for replacement parts • Assist with generating and implementing best practices and SOP’s for establishing quality control guidelines for equipment • Assist with identifying high priority equipment needs • Safely operate all types of warehouse equipment to complete daily tasks (forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, rolling ladders, etc.) • Assist with repairs of equipment as needed • Send damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate service personnel Schedule - Shift start: 8:00AM - Shift length: 9 hours - Days: M-F Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Minimum 1 year experience in handling Freeman Audio Visual assets. - 1 year experience with R2 Inventory Software preferred. - Proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets. - Ability to complete electronic repairs with soldering skills. - Must maintain a valid state driver's license - Ability to Travel up to 25% - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass background check - Can lift 25 lbs About Freeman Freeman is the global leader in events.
