Professional Drummer/Percussionist

My name is Jeff and I moved to the Madison, WI area from Ohio a couple of years ago. I have been a professional drummer/percussionist for many years and am looking to play/perform for any group or organization in the immediate Madison area that has need. The genre of groups I've performed with in the past include Classic Rock, Traditional Jazz, Dixieland Jazz, Big Bands, Small Combos, Musical Theater, String Orchestras, Concert Wind Bands, Polka and Country are among the many groups I've been associated with over the years. I have a Master's Degree in Percussion Performance and was a music teacher in Ohio for over 25 years. At this juncture in my life, I would like to stick to Classic Rock, Americana, and/or Jazz. I enjoy performing, am a good listener and am adapt at playing with sticks, mallets, or brushes. If you use printed charts, I am also an excellent reader/sight-reader. I can also sing, preferring upper harmonies. I have had lots of positive responses with this Craigslist ad that I've run for several months, but no follow-up. As someone once told me: "Ya gotta keep running with it until you get a positive outcome", which is exactly what I'm doing.
