Description
Let's be real for a minute. I'm middle aged with a family and a job. I like playing the drums, but I've long ago given up the idea of playing in a band in any serious way. I just don't have the time or even the desire to do so. I'm just getting bored playing along to the songs on my phone and want to jam with some real people, because it's fun to do.
I have all the junk and space and time necessary for a decent jam session at a sensible volume (I've converted my drums to e-drums so I can practice while the kids are asleep). I have guitars, basses, pianos, drums, etc. so you don't have to lug your gear around (although you would probably be better off bringing your own guitar unless you like dirty pots).
Here's a few songs I've recorded with different bands back when I used to think I was cool:

As you can see, I'm mostly into rock/metal, but I'm open to pretty much anything. I'm not much of a jazz drummer, so if you are looking for jazz, it might be really frustrating trying to play with me.
So if you play guitar or piano or sitar or whatever and want to jam some time, send me some recordings to see if it's something that I can keep up with. I'm not looking for virtuosity, but it would be cool to be able to play more than just the intro to "Come as You Are" over and over again. With enough lead time, I may even be able to have a fresh loaf of sourdough bread ready.
