Has a bad eye so needs Vet care or someone who knows what to do. Too paranoid to let near my cat in case it's contagious. Healthy otherwise from what I can tell. Found under my broke down vehicle in my front yard. Don't know where he came from though since most of the roamers have disappeared. Cleaned his eye and gave him food and water.
Message if you want him. Prefer you pick up but depending on location may meet.
