Hello, I am offering 2 regular size rooms/on second floor-- in a 4 bedroom home to use as STORAGE - private storage are so expensive these days for very little space. Both rooms are 134SQ + 10 sq for closet (they both have closets as well). **There will be a legal notorized contract beetween myself and tenant to protect us both.** If you are looking to store furniture/items while away on vacation of whatever the situation might be. I am not sure about having roomates but I am certain to rent my 2 rooms as a storage space for $300 per month each, they have carpets-- you will be allow to have a lock and a key of course. ALSO offering garage storage for a a vehicle ; not big enough for an RV just regular car/ truck / motocycle. You may contact me via text if interested.
