Muay Thai Kickboxing Foundation Class: Muay Thai is a full body training that incorporates punches, elbows, kicks, and knee strikes. A fun and engaging workout that'll push you to the limits. Foundation class focuses on the basic fundamentals. Perfect for beginners and intermediate level students. Classes are every Tuesday Thursday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 10:30am.
