We are a general contractor that specializes in repairing bank owned properties for major national lenders and rental companies and we are searching for quality subcontractors to complete renovation projects in the greater Lafayette area. ***MUST HAVE $1M GENERAL LIABILITY AND WORKERS COMP INSURANCE COVERAGE*** Our preference is working with experienced "turnkey" contractors that can complete any type of rehab project from start to finish, including anything from paint and powerwashing to full kitchen and bath replacements. The ability to follow work orders and complete projects on time is imperative. Jobs are at a rapid pace with pricing based on volume work. *Experience in the REO rehab industry is a major plus.* Work will be in Lafayette LA and all surrounding areas.
