House Clean out crew/contractors/handypersons needed

Local, and yes, VERY REAL, experienced Real Estate Investors (we are a small Mom and Pop company) needing to hire the following: 1. A few good helpers to assist in Clean Out of approx. 5 houses within beginning around Mid November, 2022. Depending on when the current tenants have vacated by court order. The houses may have alot of junk in them. At this point we do not know. So this work may not be for the faint of heart. lol...... We've seen it all in the 3 decades of doing this business!! Ideally you will have a truck and or trailer to take junk to local dump. However, we will consider renting dumpsters. 2. A few good EXPERIENCED contractors/handypersons for drywall, paint, flooring, Repairs, minor electrical/plumbing etc, etc..........for the above 5 houses, also licensed contractor for 1 or 2 homes needing roofing. (when applicable, we do hire licensed electricians/plumbers/contractors for certain jobs) 3. Licensed contractor also needed for a few projects in the above homes as well as 2 additional homes to get City Certified (permits needed). Late winter/early spring; 2023. Also 1 house needs foundation work done. 4. Looking also for an ON CAll Property Manager for all above homes. To be considered for our team you must: ** Be HONEST and have INTEGRITY!!! ** Be hard working. Be able to work independently. WE DO NOT want to babysit........ we've raised our kids!! Must be a WINNER. NOT a whiner!!!!! Leave your drama home please. **Be a Problem Solver, and can pay attention to detail. **Be Experienced in all or most areas of home repair (we will not train......sorry!) **Have ALL or Most "tools of the trade"...... We will not buy tools....... we will however, rent larger items, such as a scaffolding etc if needed. **Must be local....... Ideally live in Calhoun County. Or very surrounding areas. **Be able to begin around mid November or 1 house may be available to begin work sooner........ ** Must have valid, current drivers license, and your own licensed and insured reliable transportation; ideally a truck/trailer. **Liability insurance preferred. **Clean background.
