Land for target practice

I've lived in the Knoxville area for about 8 years but don't know anyone with land to go shooting on. My niece is old enough now and has been asking me to teach her how to shoot. I don't like public ranges due to the distractions and other patrons/employees attempting to "help" teach new shooters. I've taught over a dozen people how to safely handle and operate guns without incident. I have 21 years of experience myself and have never had a negligent discharge or other accident. We would be shooting.22s with LEGAL suppressors, so the noise wouldn't be obnoxious. I would want to set up water bottles and cans for targets, and would clean everything up before leaving. I can offer ammo, alcohol, or cash for use of the land within reason. It would only be an occasional weekend and realistically only a time or two before next year.
