Who you are: • Love to work on vehicles. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. The perks: • Hourly pay $14 and up depending on experience. • Health insurance kicks in after working just 3 months (we pay 50% of cost). Longevity pays around here. After two years we pay 75% of the health insurance cost. • Employer contributes to your SIMPLE IRA. • Seven paid holidays a year. • No nights or weekends, open Monday-Friday 8-5. • One week of vacation after one year and then start accruing at two weeks per year. • Certification and training paid by owner. • Holiday bonus.
