Found: Two Small White Male Dogs

Description

Two small white dogs found near Grove Field Airport and Fern Praire Cemetery. One wearing a shock collar, the other with no collar. No tags. Took to vet and found no micro chips. Both about 10-15lbs, with curled tails. Both intact males. Friendly with humans and playful with other dogs. Quite loud when they bark. Smaller one has a sploch on its snout.
