Studio Share for Rent November

I'm looking to share my light-filled studio with somebody, hopefully starting in November though open to (a bit) later if that's what works. Studio is on the second floor of an old factory building with high ceilings, tall windows, and hardwood floors. It's an old building so it gets dusty and has some quirks, but no real issues with the space. The whole space is 1,144 square feet, and I'm looking to rent out about 730 of them. The square foot rate is.70/sq ft. Base rent would be around $510 (we can remeasure to make sure this is perfectly fair), and utilities would average $56.50 a month over the year, with higher rates in the winter (heat) and very low rates in the summer (no heat). Looking for someone to share with me for the next year - I'll be on the lease, so we could write an easy contract to keep things on the up & up. Happy to provide more info, answer any questions and to show the space to people who are seriously interested! I work mainly in drawing and acrylic painting, so not a noisy or smelly practice. Ideally I'd like to rent to one person, but if you and a friend are looking for a space then I'm happy to talk!
