Hosting a breathwork class on October 26! This class will be located in a beautiful nature spot in Elysian Park, where we will partake in thought exploration, active breathwork, and communal art. Our breath holds innate healing properties when accessed with this technique which we will learn and experience together. Common experiences from breathwork include: a release of stress, anxiety, trauma, mental fog, and greater senses of clarity, connection, and direction.
It'll be a restorative and rejuvenating evening spent in community, kicking off the latter half of the week with clear intentions and a fresh mind.
