Shadyside Property Management Company seeks person with valid driver's license to work unsupervised cleaning area apartment buildings. Duties include janitorial work, cleaning vacant apartments, light maintenance work, general labor in & around our buildings, and snow removal during winter months. Hourly rate matched to experience & expertise, with generous vacation time and competitive benefits package offered, including a 401K plan.
Compensation range: $13.50-16.00 per hour
