Rehearsal space, cheap+lots of time

Hi folks - I'm a drummer/composer with a 10 x 10.5 rehearsal space in the Bandspaces building in Gowanus (on Douglass ave). I use the space in the afternoons, so it's available every weekday before 1pm and after 6:30pm. I'd strongly prefer a soloist, though I could make an exception (so feel free to drop me a line). I'll have a kit plus some random drum stuff and a few mics, and I also plan on having either an upright piano in there, or an electronic keyboard which you could use. If you have an upright piano and need space, that would be ideal. I'm looking for $275/month. This rate would be good for a year. I'm financially stable, employed, mature, etc etc, so please be (somewhat) together! If you have a good piano to bring in I'd be willing to lower the rate. The room is in the back of the building and is comparatively quiet...it has a checker carpet floor and some brick walls - it's pretty comfortable and decent sounding compared to other spaces I've used. Anyway. The vibe I want in there is like a comfortable woodshed with a piano, music stands, drums, and a little laptop stand thing. Maybe a bookshelf for music books would work too, plus a small bit of storage (but not suitable for bands). Drop me a line if you think this sounds workable..thanks! -Jon
