Bassist/rhythm guitarist looking for original rock type music

31 year old bassist/rhythm guitarist here looking to find some like minded people to play music with. It's been ages since I've been able to write and play shows regularly, so I'd like to get back into the game. Looking to play a majority of styles of rock based music. Most of my influences fall under 80s heavy/speed/thrash/death metal but I would be into playing something prog, psychedelic, Motown, blues, older style rock, punk, and the like. The only style of music I will 100% not have any interest in playing is country. I would love to find some people to play music together with. We are all at the point where we have lives outside of music too. I'd love to tour, play out, and record but have the flexibility to let life happen. If anyone has any interest in something like this please hit me up!
