mini aussie NEEDS EXPERIENCED TRAINERS

I recently was re-homed a 5 month old mini aussie. i was told that she had her first round of shots and was great with kids. when i met her, she was an absolute sweetheart. i quickly found out that she was NOT socialized with dogs and other animals. she is extremely reactive and aggressive when she sees/hears another dog she doesn’t know. it seems as though she had never been on a leash either. i’ve been working with her over the last week and she is doing better on the leash and was able to acclimate to being in the same home as my BIG male german shepherd. she still barks aggressively at other dogs on walks and to the sound of another dog barking. she requires a level of training that i cannot give her at this time. since she is still a puppy, i have hope that she can be worked with and eventually be socialized. she is a high energy dog and very vocal. she has never shown any aggression towards me, my two small children, or even strangers. she only shows aggression when there is a strange dog near by that she can either hear or smell. please help me find her someone that can properly socialize and train her. i know she is so sweet underneath all her protective instincts! she has a blue spot on one of her eyes and a pink spot on her nose.
