Quill Labs is looking to hire a Nursery Manager. Our company is a small start-up and requires a professional, experienced person who works well in solo environments as well as on a team. Our growing facility is clean and has a relaxing space for breaks and team meetings. Main Responsibilities: Opening and closing the facility, using a smartphone app, and physical key. Daily Plant checks for moisture and feeding schedule to keep the mother plants growing. Scouting for pests, pathogens, and virus expression. Cloning, taking small cuttings and following formulated feedings inside a controlled aeroponics station. Inventory management, giving owners notice when supplies are low for reorder, and taking stock of what clones and mothers are on hand on a weekly basis. Cleaning the facility, floors, tools, and tables as needed. This role has the potential to grow into management of other employees as production ramps up into Q1 of 2023. Looking for someone with experience in cannabis cultivation, aeroponics, and indoor IPM processes.
