Landscape Crewmember

We are an environmental habitat restoration company looking for field crew members with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, ready to learn, and looking to grow with the company. Ideal applicants will have experience: - Working with general landscape hand tools (e.g., shovels, picks, rakes, post-hole diggers, pruners/loppers, axes, etc.) - Operating and maintaining motorized landscape tools/equipment (e.g., line trimmers, trenchers, jackhammers, etc.). - Planting, transplanting, and removing plants. - Weed abatement and removal. - Installing irrigation systems. - Plant identification skills a plus. - Able to lift 30+ lbs. regularly and sustainably throughout work day. - Able to lift 60+lbs. occasionally. Applicants MUST have: - Prior experience working outdoors. - Reliable transportation to jobsites. - Ability to follow instructions and interested in learning new skills. - Work well with supervisors and other team members, *Compensation will be based on the level of experience.
