Large Property Management Company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Director for one of Milwaukee's largest and nicest communities (598 apartments, Downtown Milwaukee). Applicants must be proficient in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. This position requires the oversight of all maintenance technicians at the property and certification in pool operation will be necessary (paid for by the property as necessary). We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, thorough, and self-starting person to join our professional team. Applicants will need to provide their own tools and have a valid driver’s license. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but may vary. Emergency "on call" will also apply on rotation with the maintenance staff. Salary is based on experience.
