JOB TITLE: CNC Operator 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM Overtime available JOB SUMMARY: Operate and set up CNC machine per specs without supervisory help. JOB DUTIES & GOALS: 1. Operates all CNC machines without supervision 2. Set up & prove out all CNC machines. 3. Assist other class operators (machinists). 4. Complete & maintain all records and logs. 5. Reset dull or damaged cutters. 6. Communicate problems or need for more parts, etc. to Supervisor. 7. Work safely 8. Follow all company rules. 9. Maintain housekeeping. 10. Monitor & ID tooling changes as necessary. 11. Makes pick ups X-Y-Z axis 12. Sets & calibrates own gauges. 13. Perform all misc. duties as assigned. INTERACTION: High contact with all department employees, Q.C. & engineering. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Walking Carrying Balancing Climbing Pushing -up to 27 lbs. Up to 20 times per day Standing Near Acuity Pulling - up to 27 lbs. Up to 20 times per day Turning Handling Stooping Fingering Crouching Kneeling Talking Sitting Hearing Reaching Seeing Lifting – up to 50 lbs. Up to 10 times per day Education High School Diploma or GED required. 3 years minimum experience in CNC setup, Blue print Reading Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
