Shimon's Studio in Acton has current openings for students looking for private music lessons in guitar, bass and ukulele. I am a professional musician, a Berklee College of Music graduate and I have 30+ years experience teaching students and I'm proud to say that some of my former students have pursued a career in the music field. My home-based studio is a peaceful and clean space for music lessons; a space open to nature that is more personal and relaxing than traditional school and music school-based lessons. My studio has designated parking, and a small waiting area inside for a parent or driver. Students have said that they enjoy coming for lessons in my studio, and they find me to be an approachable, knowledgeable, kind and an easy-to-be-with instructor. My focus is on improving the student’s ability, confidence and enjoyment of playing music. I teach many kinds of genre of music to suit student’s preferences. Young students to adults, first time students to those with any level of playing experience are welcome.
