Home health care person needed a few days a week

Hi, I had leg surgery a few weeks ago and now need a health aid to stop by and exercise my foot and leg.. need to apply lotion on the foot and leg, the foot has been stiff from nerve damage and foot drop.which has just been fixed, the foot needs to be massaged and lotion applied a few times a week. My problem is I can not reach the foot area so I need help.. I live by my self and need help I am 70 years old... need help, waiting for my insurance to cover PT at this point.thank you
