This is best suited for an individual rather than a band as space is limited (another band shares the other half of the room), so if you're a singer, horn player, guitarist, producer etc looking for somewhere to make lots of noise, then this is perfect for you. The rent is very reasonable at 200/month and the space is available now. Great location.
