Our Largo located shop that manufactures and sells closet panels is urgently seeking a Shop Helper to join the team! This is a full time position with a tremendous amount of growth opportunity! Responsibilities of this role is you will start out wrapping and strapping pallets, edge banding, and marking shelves until you become familiar with the parts and how the shop operates. Then we would like to train you on the CNC machine! Must have the ability to work hands on and stand for long periods of time, and okay to work in a non-climate controlled environment. Candidate must be able to commit to the schedule and have reliable transportation, able to read a tape measure, utilize hand tools and power tools. Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm After your training period and you can run the machines, your schedule can be moved to 8:00am to 4:30pm. OT offered if you wanted to work Saturdays (A normal Saturday is 6am to around 12pm) Responsibilities & Qualifications: -Reliable and be able to work efficiently -Previous warehouse, shop, or manufacturing experience -Have to be eager to learn and be a team player -Must be physically able to lift, bend, and pickup materials -Ability to stand for long periods of time -Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment -Reliable transportation Starting pay: $16.00 per hour with performance based increases in your base rate of pay, PTO & Paid Holidays after the probationary period.
