Description

We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm and it pays $18.00hr. **Please submit your resume** Responsibilities: • Coordinate with the freight/transport companies to schedule shipments • Upload or send invoices to customers • Assist customers with shipping inquiries • Make sure drivers sign off on paperwork • Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields • Good communication skills especially via emails to customers, Microsoft experience is a must • Ability to handle workload, ability to multitask and prioritize, ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills
