$18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Full time employment We are a well-established and continually expanding construction company specializing in reconstruction and repair of existing structures. We are seeking a hard-working individual with experience performing trade related work within the construction industry through-out San Diego County and surrounding areas. • Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Coordinate construction services and activities • Maintain project schedules • Able to properly articulate thoughts in verbal and written forms. Must be acquainted with at least 3 of the 5 trades listed below and be sufficiently equipped with related tools. • Cement work • Framing/Carpentry • Painting • Stucco and building envelope • Waterproof coating and roofing systems Minimum 5 years construction experience 401k available Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.
