Hello, I am a vocal performer/entertainer (Independent artist) and I need to hire someone to help me with my vendor table. Date: Saturday, October 29th, 2022 Time of event: 07:30 pm Pay: (25 an hour) Location: The George Washington Masonic Memorial Theatre 101 Callahan Dr. Alexandria, VA 22301 Directions: The George Washington Masonic National Memorial is accessible by car and Metro. It’s located just 15 minutes south of the U.S. Pentagon and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and is just 12 minutes west of the National Harbor across the Potomac River. Free concert parking is available at the Memorial. The estimated work hours are 3 hours. At this event, you are expected to arrive at least 45 minutes to an hour before the concert. The concert begins at 7:30 pm (estimated at 1.5 hours show.) Please arrive by 6:30 pm and have everything set up by 7:00 pm when the doors open to the public. The program should end around 9:00 pm. Your shift is over around 9:30 pm. Job duties and responsibilities: * To help sell products and hand out flyers/pamphlets at the vendor table. (Exact change or electronic payments) * Help with setup and takedown of the vendor table * Maintain the supply and flow of products * Maintain a positive and responsible personality with customers * Friendly but professional attributes are needed. * Monitor the inventory and keep track of sales. * Hand out promotional materials * Must be able to think critically * Provide FAQs pamphlet/brochures Benefits include (1 extra free ticket to the concert) That's right, you can bring another person with you but you're the only one getting paid.
