Duties of the ETS (job coach) include, but are not limited to: 1. Report to work on time every day. Monday through Friday 7:30-3:30 2. Assist with meeting DDSD/DRS contract standards, Wage and Hour regulations, and vendor requirements. 3. Maintain pleasant relations with worker-trainees and treat them with respect. 4. Utilize the time to best advantage. 5. Follow the Policies and Procedures of the agency. 6. Present yourself to the best advantage while representing the agency. 7. Perform all job site or enclave duties assigned by the supervisor. 8. Such other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years old. Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license. Must maintain automobile insurance as required by state law. Must have a good driving record, high school diploma, or GED. Must pass an OSBI background check. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must complete DDSD or DRS required training. Experience is NOT REQUIRED!! WILL TRAIN!! Must have an interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
