We will be a cohort of folks looking to explore and sink into the practice of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation. Suitable for beginners and is open to folks with some experience. We will be exploring Hatha yoga, steady slower paced flow, breathing, meditation, and chakra exploration.
My classes are geared towards Black, Indigenous, people of color to have a safe environment to be able to practice yoga outside of the typical public class experience. This was my intention for getting certified to teach.
And in this class series I am inviting identified allies. (if you are a white body person please check in with me before registering, unless I have personally sent you this link, then you are invited and welcome) BIPOC folks this is a curated group and any white body humans present are vetted by me personally and are folks I've worked with or know directly.
I also teach an exclusively BIPOC only class once a month at the WOW hall.
