Hello, I'm looking for a contractor to perform the following scope on two commercial office buildings one in Forest Park the other in Lilburn. The same contractor may or may not get both. I will provide a more detailed scope once I narrow down potential contractors. Please read this entire post before you respond Scope Highlights: -Painting to be completed for each location as listed in the plans and spec form -Restroom to be painted and new fixtures to be installed per plans and spec form -Door hardware, where applicable install new hardware as noted in plans and spec form -Each location has slightly varying scopes, please pay close attention to the plans and spec forms while pricing Materials: -Client to supply all posters/signage -GC to supply all paint materials -GC to supply all door materials -GC, price to supply plumbing/restroom materials. If W is awarded multiple locations we may supply these directly, please consider this while pricing. Scheduling: -All work must be completed overnight -Please consider that site super will have to meet with the location manager each morning to walk the site and review concerns. Most locations have managers arrive between 7-8:30 am. -Client has advised all locations must be complete by the end of 2022, please update your bid sheets with proposed completion dates
