Description: Factioned is a design/build firm focused on interior design and architectural scale manufacturing. Our projects encompass complete environments, large scale feature installations, custom lighting elements, sculptures, custom furniture, or any number of requests from our clients. Currently we are seeking 2-3 Freelance Installers and Furniture handlers to work on two upcoming multi-family residential projects in the Northern NJ area (Rahway + Harrison). We are responsible for managing all aspects of the multi-family residential staging process, from overseeing the load in of furniture, putting furniture items together, carefully placing all pieces, and final staging with accessories. The first project (Rahway) will begin in early December, and will be 1-3 days per week through January. Following that we will have another project of the same nature beginning in March 2023 in Harrison, NJ, and lasting for approximately 3 months. Specific Skills: - Capable of lifting 50+lbs - Experience in carpentry and general construction is a plus - Knowledge and experience with hand tools - Flexible, adaptable, self motivated, self aware, and detail oriented *Reliable transportation to the job site is required.
