For many centuries women have been gathering in sisterhood circles to heal, empower, learn, connect, and evolve in their divine feminine and womb wisdom We are bringing many of these ancient practices back as we gather in circles together. The focus of this circle will be to integrate the ROOT and SACRAL chakra, connecting us together through YONI care and education, feminine herbs, meditation, and a complete sound bath. To be fully present for the sacred container please bring with you the following: -come dressed in something comfortable and cozy -sustainable bottle -optional blanket for the sound healing, we will be laying down for the sound bath -an open heart and mind, ready to connect and embrace your sisters We will be serving a warm, plant based soup for womb healing to close out the circle.
