We look forward to this time on Tuesday evening with you. Food will be provided as we explore facilitating Circels in community.
The Circle consists of the following elements:
Structured dialogue process
The social and emotional well-being of all participants is honored and valued.
Space to practice the skills of relationship building and deep listening
All participants have equal voice without interruption.
Regulated through the use of a talking piece.
Examples of talking Circles include: celebration Circles; dialogue Circles; community-building Circles; or healing/grief or loss Circles. Examples of problem solving Circles (which require more intensive training) include: support Circles; reintegration Circles; decision making Circles; conflict Circles; or harm Circles.
