Use this opportunity to learn about gait and create a speed/strength program for the off-season brought to you by Jeff Lambert-Shemo, a certified athletic trainer, POSE Method Certified Running Coach, CF Level 1 Coach, and pilates instructor. The focus of this workshop will be on middle school and high school runners. Topics covered will include strength, core, cadence, stride length, posture, heart rate, intensity, aerobic capacity, anaerobic threshold, and prime movers in running.
Please arrive at 6:30 pm, the event will begin at 7 pm.
All attendees will receive a workout program to get the off-season rolling. Please wear athletic clothing and be ready to MOVE.
