Enchant is looking to fill a casual role with an immediate start date until January 2023. Given Enchant is growing rapidly, there may be the potential to continue working with our organization.  WHO WE ARE:   We are creators of a magical holiday event called Enchant Christmas featuring the world's largest light maze and village market. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. In 2022, we will be producing 9 shows in 8 U.S. cities. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:  Follow the standard receiving practice when receiving new and existing Enchant assets.  Unloading trucks and sorting for inventory. Loading trucks to be shipped to site. Assist with daily tasks when trucks are not on the dock.  Track inventory daily using Smart Sheets to ensure accuracy.  Inventory reconciliation and maintenance as well as ongoing asset maintenance and load planning.  Act as the on-site liaison for the Inventory Specialist.  Assist in the asset load to and from Enchant events in multiple locations across the United States.  Receive orders from the Purchasing Department, inventory and store properly until needed for our events.  Stay informed on inbound ocean containers as well as truckloads.  Be a key player in ensuring that manifests for ocean containers and truckloads are appropriately verified including correct asset numbers and ensuring quality.  Work closely with the Build, Manufacturing, Décor, and Studios Teams and make suggestions for process improvements. Create magical memories before, during, and after our events!  WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: You are passionate about Christmas, warehousing, large asset care and maintenance.  Previous warehouse experience, ideally with large, intricate assets.  Inventory management experience. Shipping and receiving experience including container loading and unloading experience.  Working knowledge of Excel and Smart Sheets.  Excellent communication skills. Desire to work. Detail and organizational skills. Blueprint/BMO interpretation experience would be an asset.  A sincere desire to help create magical memories.   Your own personal values are aligned with those of Enchant; Driven, Courageous, Sincere, Magical.
