Need Help Wiring Truck Lights

I just re-mounted the flatbed after having truck painted. The led lights all worked before I disconnected the harness. Previously everything was held together using scotch clips at the back end. I have been replacing them with heat shrink butt connectors but I don't know enough to keep going the way some things are spliced together with these scotch clips. I have the tail lights and turn signals working, but no brake lights on bed(cab light works), reverse lights, or side markers. I really need to get this truck on the road and would like to pay someone to come get this together cleanly for me today.
