Why do you need video, or vaccination status?

I keep seeing ads looking for players who received Covid shots, and have video available. Why? It's been common knowledge for a long time that the "vaccines" do not prevent one from getting or spreading Covid. So why do you care if I took the shot or not? And why do you need video for a 55+ cover band? Shouldn't you be concentrating on sound? Do you need to see me slide across the floor during my guitar solo?
