Then walk,run, drive, etc down the street to Sanctuary - a technology-enabled studio to explore your inner landscape. Here you'll unwind with a 50 minute immersive yoga class in state of the art space. In class you'll find gentle yet effective movements and poses to correct and realign your upper spine, make the working hours of your day more comfortable and less strenuous. End the evening of movement with a tea service of Sanctuary's proprietary Miro blended teas.
