SAE Oregon Presents: Daimler Trucks Portland Plant Tour

Come join SAE Oregon for a tour of the Daimler Trucks North America Portland Plant, where Freightliner and Western Star vehicles, including the brand new eCascadia are built! Visitor parking at the plant is extremely limited, so please meet out front of the Daimler Corporate Headquarters building at noon, and we will have a shuttle run the group to the plant and back. If there is no parking available at the Headquarters lot, parking should be available in the parking lot across the street at on N Anchor St. Lunch will not be provided, but if you would like to show up early and get lunch at the Headquarters building you may do so - the cafeteria has tasty and affordable options. Please bring a valid photo ID (or DTNA employee badge) and close toed shoes with heels lower than 1". Long pants are highly recommended. No photography will be allowed inside the plant. The tour will last around an hour.
