The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community's Organics Recycling Facility (ORF) is accepting Christmas trees free of charge through Jan. 29
Christmas trees will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. The Organics Recycling Facility is closed Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan. 18). Trees must be free of all non-compostable decorations, tinsel, and flocking.
The Organics Recycling Facility is located at 1905 Canterbury Road in Shakopee. Please enter off Canterbury Road. For more information, visit www.smscorf.com.
