PARTY PLANNER WANTED FOR TODAY THROUGH THIS FRI EVE 10/21

Hi, I’m looking for a party planner / personal assistant for a few hours Wed eve (today), Thurs eve. and at the actual party this Fri eve 10/21 at a restaurant. It started off with about eight people. But now the guest list has grown to about 24. So while I am able to organize this myself, it would be more fun if I had assistance with the administrative tasks, So I could spend more time with my guests. Duties include confirming the RSVPs by text. Confirming off people from the waitlist in case of cancellations of those who have already RSVPed Setting up the seating charts so people with like interests will be seated together. Putting cards on the tables at the restaurant with peoples names so they know where they’re seated. (I already have the place cards.) Setting up two dozen party favor bags, writing guests names, putting a Kennedy half dollar and a couple of other things guests can keep to remember the occasion. (Nothing illegal, nor any drugs as “party favors”.) I already have the gift bags and the Kennedy half dollars. we’re going to a Peabo Bryson concert at 8 PM, so being sure that everybody has their physical ticket to the concert according to the seating chart we will make up, there are 16 physical tickets, and eight tickets that were purchased electronically that have to be emailed or texted to the guest smartphone. I am also looking for a videographer which is posted in a separate listing, but if you know of one who is available from 415 till 745 this coming Friday evening October 21, please refer them.
