What better way on a Friday, as you wrap up a hectic week and prepare for the weekend than to join us for a ‘lunchtime’ reconnection to your spirit and soul! Join us for an introduction to Mindful Meditation and Yin Yoga at the Anderson Youth and Community Center. Everyone is welcomed, bring a mat, an extra if you have it to share with those that don’t. However, ‘chair’ participants are welcomed as well if that is more comfortable. It is all in the movement that is best for you, and especially the mindfulness that you achieve! These sessions will be lead by our own, certified meditation and yoga instructor, Kit Savage. Fridays, October 7, 14, 28 and November 4 in the Anderson Center at 12:00pm- 1:00pm Bring water and open yourself up to a powerful experience of not just a physical aspect, but a mind centering one as well!’ Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions, health concerns or special needs.
