Signature Truck Systems, LLC is a national leader in the manufacture of custom propane distribution vehicles such as bobtails, crane trucks, cylinder/service trucks, and transport trucks. Due to a steadily increasing work load, we are looking to add two more Fabricators to our team. As a Fabricator, you are responsible for the installation of parts, pieces and elements of the designated project, treatment and repair of metal services to ensure safe usage and welding to secure fastening for pieces included in the final product. This role requires someone with experience using a wide range of materials, including the fabrication and use/handling of all sheet metals. To succeed in this position, the successful candidate will have: Proficiency in MIG welding (horizontal, vertical, overhead, structurally sound); TIG welding a plus Excellent verbal/written communication skills Able to work efficiently while unsupervised and as part of a team Ability to read and understand dimensional drawings, blue prints Sheet metal and aluminum finishing skills Confidence working under pressure to meet deadlines Commitment and drive to maintain reputation for quality Attention to detail and safety Willingness to learn/grow in the position Shear and press brake experience Own basic general shop and fabrication tools This ad lists a competitive pay base which may increase with experience, skill, and knowledge.
